Medical Directions, Inc. is an organization of experienced professionals with extensive backgrounds in all facets of healthcare billing, operations and practice management. Marc Kirschenbaum, M.P.A.
A graduate of New York University, Mr. Kirschenbaum received his Master in Public Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Finance, and has lectured with a number of healthcare and professional organizations. Mr. Kirschenbaum has AN extensive background in the healthcare reimbursement field, having worked in senior leadership positions with physician practices and medical groups for more than 25 years. Mr. Kirschenbaum was Associate Dean for Clinical Support Services for one of the nation’s largest private medical schools. He also has served as managing partner in one of the first private free-standing comprehensive cancer diagnostic and treatment center in New York State. Most recently he has been president of a large regional practice management company with a broad spectrum of providers in private and hospital based practice.
Mr. Kirschenbaum has a breath and depth of experience in all facets of healthcare operations and reimbursement. He has particular expertise and has consulted and lectured extensively in the areas of:

- Practice asset valuation

Richard Hollar
Mr. Hollar received his B.A. in Economics from Princeton University in Princeton, New Jersey. His professional experience includes various technical, management and executive positions with both product and service vendors and healthcare providers in the healthcare industry in the states of Florida, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey and Delaware.
Mr. Hollar is primarily responsible for billing operations and client data management. He has particular experience with:
- Data capture system and procedure development
- Clerical process automation
- Data extraction and custom report generation
- Data and system integration
- Billing office automation and efficiencies
- Billing outcomes evaluation and improvement
- Practice Barometer and business metrics development
